Pattern includes a formula to figure measurements based on size of notebook.  Can be made to fit any size notebook or book.

Materials Needed:

Fabric amounts will change based on the notebook size. Below are approximate amounts that will work

for most notebooks. Doodle Pads above were made with double-sided fusible foam.

5" X 8" notebook (or similar size)

1/4 yd fabric - inner & outer base pieces

1/4 yd fabric - binding & inner pocket & strip to hold the cover

1/2 yd 1/2" twill tape - closure

1/4 yd batting

6 ½" X 9 ½" notebook (or similar size)

2/3 yd fabric - inner & outer base pieces

1/2 yd fabric - binding & inner pocket & strip to hold the cover

1/2 yd 1/2" twill tape - closure

1/3 yd batting
